Afterschool Drinking
One Afternoon
Afterschool, a friend and I decided that because we were having such a great day that we should celebrate. We decided that Ginger House's happy hour would be the best thing to do. Thus, we headed to 28th and 7th Ave.
Friends
On our way there we found out that we'd be meeting up with some other friends by coincidence, making the prospects for the evening even more exciting. More friends equal more conversations, stories and laughter. "Have I told you that I love people?"
Upon our arrival we are seated at the table with our friends who were already half way through with their 1st round of drinks. We couldn't sit at the bar for our drinks because at 4 o'clock in the afternoon the bar was already packed with regulars who go there for their happy hour drinks.
Happy Hour
Ginger House's happy hour is great, $3.50 on all beers, wines, and cocktails, excluding Hennessey. Hennessey is only $8 a glass which for the city is awesome. The best part of Ginger House's happy hour is that top shelf is included. That's right no cheap house liquor. I order my usual and my friend ordered a margarita on the ricks.
